Minimally invasive and simple to implant
The logger probe is hermetically sealed and made from biocompatible housing, ceramic and epoxy, and is designed for simple implantation and retrieval. The unique ceramic housing guarantees biocompatibility.

Application
The logger is ideal for a variety of studies on both free-ranging and captive animals where a detailed temperature profile is needed, including for baseline measurements, measuring immune response to infection, testing vaccine efficacy and safety pharmacology and measuring physiological changes and circadian rhythm.
Stress-free measurements
As the data logger measures temperature automatically it is especially useful when a comprehensive data set throughout the research is needed with no disturbance to the animal.
Detailed and accurate temperature profile
Due to its long battery life, the logger can be used for long-term, as well as short-term studies with short intervals (down to once every second), giving the user a detailed and accurate temperature profile. The logger has a temperature accuracy of 0.06°C and a battery life of over 28 months when sampling at 10 minute intervals.
Single or multiple intervals
There are two modes for sampling, either at a single interval throughout the period or multiple intervals. Multiple intervals are especially useful when frequent measurements are needed at certain time periods.
Guaranteed accuracy and performance
Every logger is individually calibrated and comes with a calibration certificate. We guarantee the loggers’ accuracy, of +/- 0.06°C and performance for one year after purchase.
