I'm looking for experience/suggestions for cameras that could work in nesting boxes. For a project, I am looking to monitor nesting boxes of a large parrot species in a remote area during the breeding season. Remote data transmission isn't necessary. I need something that can be retrofitted into existing nesting boxes, can run for ca 4 months without changing batteries or SD cards, and is ideally to some extent "parrot resistant".
If anyone has used cameras in nesting boxes of parrots or otherwise has suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
