Github Copilot Coding Agent Overview

Hi all! I created this presentation in October for the dev team at my organization (Wildlife Protection Solutions) to be a useful guide as we look to adopt Github Copilot Coding Agent. I thought others in the community might be interested in it as well.

Feel free to share your thoughts if you have used Github Copilot Coding agent or similar tools, and let us know how you found the experience!

It’s very interesting. Thanks for sharing!

Hey Margaux,

Thank you for sharing. I think my solution to some of the "rate limit" issues is to use local LLM models. VSCode supports using local ollama models by default, you can also use extensions such as "continue" which offer more features.

This not only save you money but also ensures data privacy, allow you to experiment with newer models (based on your local GPU,NPU and RAM)  and help do coding offline.
