Enjoying the course which is very interesting. Apologies if this is a silly question but I do not understand the instructions about plugging in the USB dongle. Is this part of the battery board in the Freaklabs kit? Just a little confused as to how to plug it in, as I cannot locate anything in the kit with a USB plug.

Hi. I've attached a picture of what should have come with your kit. There should be a USB to serial device there and it's the thing with the 6-pin red and black cable connecting to it. You will need to provide a USB Mini-B cable to complete the connection to the computer though. These can usually be acquired on Amazon or at electronics shops. I've also attached a pic of the mini-B USB cable below.

Hi Liam.
To get the cables through the cable gland, we'll need to remove the wires from the terminal housing and then reinstall them. That will be in a later module.
