Hello Everyone!

Has anyone had experience tagging medium-sized parrots to track their movement? I'm interested in knowing which GPS tag to use in areas with poor GSM coverage. Also, since parrots are notorious for their ability to remove or destroy telemetry devices, does anyone have suggestions on which mounting mechanism to use? I'm putting together a proposal to study the movement ecology and breeding ecology of the Green Racquet-tail (Prioniturus luconensis) and Blue-naped Parrot (Tanygnathus lucionensis) in the Philippines.
