We'll be accepting applications for new groups and group leaders in a few months, around April or May. We're currently halfway through the 2024-2025 Group Leadership Programme cohort (where we launched two new groups, Latin America and Funding/Finance). Once this year's programme ends, we'll start up the 2025-2026 programme again, which includes the opportunity to open some new groups.

In order to maximise success, we ask that new groups have at least 30 people interested in joining said group before it launches. This helps make sure that new groups can get off the ground smoothly. I recommend building this "evidence base" now by inviting people in your network who'd be interested in whatever new group you're interested in starting. Then, when the opportunity to apply for a new group opens up again, we can talk about potentially starting this group! 

Please note that groups that revolve around super niche topics can be hard to maintain in the long run, and we're super keen to start more regional groups.
