The countdown is officially on! In just two months, the global conservation technology community will come together in Lima, Peru, for the very first International Conservation Technology Conference (ICTC 2026). 

More than half of all early-bird tickets have been claimed, and it has been amazing to see so many familiar and new faces planning to join! If you are planning to join us in Lima, now is the moment to grab your ticket. Early registration closes on January 16 (or earlier if tickets sell out) and prices may increase after that.

Please note that current registration covers the ICTC core conference (February 18-20). Optional pre-conference workshops will be held on Feb. 16-17, with separate registration opening soon. Stay tuned!

Reminder for session and workshop organisers: session and workshop proposals must be confirmed by responding to the acceptance email by Dec. 19, and at least one session co-organiser must be registered by January 16 in order to retain the session slot.

It has been incredible to see so many people rally around this inaugural event. ICTC is being built by and for the conservation tech community and we are so excited to bring together practitioners, technologists, researchers, funders, and decision-makers from around the world. To make the conference as accessible as possible, we’re using a tiered pricing structure for different types of organizations and individuals from high, middle, and low income countries. Explore the details of the tiered pricing structure here. Please note that these registration fees are only for early registration and may change once general registration opens. Certain registration tiers require documentation to validate registration.

How to Register
