The call for sessions and workshops for the International Conservation Technology Conference (ICTC) is now open!

SPANISH VERSION AVAILABLE HERE / VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOL AQUÍ.

In February 2026, the global conservation technology community is gathering in Lima, Peru for the first International Conservation Technology Conference (ICTC). Over two days of pre-conference workshops and three days of the core event, we’ll tackle pressing challenges and explore breakthroughs on the horizon. Participants will engage in hands-on learning, interactive discussions, and cross-sector exchange.

Now, we're excited to invite the community to submit proposals for workshops and sessions for ICTC 2026. Keep reading to learn more about workshops vs. sessions, what we’re looking for, and how to submit below.

UPDATE: We’ve heard from many of you asking for just a little more time to submit sessions and workshops. To make sure this call remains as inclusive and representative as possible, we are pleased to extend the deadline by 72 hours to November 18.

Representation Matters

A core part of ICTC’s value is uniting the diverse people, tools, and ideas transforming conservation. By bridging disciplines and silos, ICTC connects those developing and applying technologies to tackle today’s most pressing challenges for wildlife and ecosystems across land, sea, and sky. We invite proposals that reflect the breadth of this global field - for a full list of the types of representation we’re looking for, visit our conference website.
