The College of African Wildlife Management (CAWM), Mweka, is a leading center for research and training in wildlife and tourism management. It conducts research and offers courses and programmes in six subject areas: animal behavior; avifauna ecology, interaction, and management; ecological interaction in tropical forest and savanna ecosystems; human-wildlife interface, natural resources management, and governance; law enforcement and criminology in conservation; and tourism management. These are all linked with technology applications in both fields
