- Foundations Track (8 sessions): for complete beginners – step-by-step introduction to QGIS, no prior GIS experience required.
- Professional Track (8 sessions including an advanced module): for those with some QGIS familiarity – rapid refresher followed by advanced applications, including SMART data integration, patrol mapping, and crime hotspot analysis.

- 8 × 1.5–2 hour live sessions (recorded for review).
- Practical exercises with simulated SMART conservation data.
- Personalised support in a small-group format.
- Certificate of completion.
