The SMART-EarthRanger Conservation Alliance (SERCA) is looking for someone to help shape and lead an exciting new programme focused on strengthening the management effectiveness of protected and conserved areas across Africa and beyond through improved monitoring, reporting, and adaptive management.



The role combines programme leadership, technical oversight, capacity development, and implementation support across multiple countries, partners, and conservation contexts. The position is hosted by the Zoological Society of London (ZSL) and can be based at our offices in London, Cameroon, or Kenya.
