NightLife's automated insect monitoring systems employ computer vision for real-time, accurate classification of insects. As we refine our algorithms and expand our reach, we seek an entomological expert to join our startup.

Essential Qualifications:
- US Resident
- Strong research background with a focus on insect behavior or classification
- Proficiency in written and oral communication in English
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a research team
- Basic programming skills, preferably in Python
- Willingness to engage in fieldwork and data collection
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with computer vision or machine learning algorithms
- Prior work in aquatic ecosystems
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and software
- Interest in sustainability and ecological conservation
