We're recruiting a Biodiversity Monitoring Scientist to join the team at UKCEH in Wallingford. You'll work across field ecology, data analysis in R, stakeholder engagement, and national biodiversity monitoring projects, helping generate evidence that informs conservation and land management decisions.

The role also offers the opportunity to work with emerging technologies, including AI methods for acoustic monitoring and computer vision, helping develop new approaches to understanding biodiversity. No prior AI experience is required.
