The International Conservation Technology Conference (ICTC) 2026 is now accepting applications for exhibitors in the ICTC Discovery Zone, the interactive heart of the conference until December 1. This is your chance to share your work and spark new collaborations with hundreds of innovators, practitioners, and decision-makers transforming how we understand and protect nature.
Exhibitions will take place at the Westin Lima Hotel during the core conference days, February 18-20, 2026. Booth spaces are limited and will be accepted on a rolling basis. Submit by December 1 to secure yours today!
Why Have an Exhibit?
ICTC will convene up to 750 professionals working at the intersection of conservation and technology. A booth in the Discovery Zone offers a high-visibility platform to:
- Showcase your conservation technology related products, services, and initiatives
- Share innovation opportunities that will drive impact in the sector
- Engage attendees through live demonstrations and interactive activities
- Build connections and partnerships with global leaders and practitioners shaping the future of conservation technology
Exhibitor Opportunities
Each booth includes:
- Central exhibition space in a high-traffic area of the conference
- Dedicated networking and visiting hours built into the program to maximize engagement and visibility
- Opportunities for extended visibility through storytelling features, interactive conference activities, and inclusion in ICTC’s post-event highlights
Exhibitors are also encouraged to submit session proposals for consideration in the conference agenda to further amplify their reach and impact.
