It is widely used, with numerous case studies published, and is supported by extensive documentation, tutorials, and an active online forum.
However, there is no formal technical support, which may be a limitation for some users. Additionally, the models are often simplified and rely on assumptions that may affect accuracy. Some of the data used is also outdated. For example, the tourism and recreation model relies on FLICKR data that only goes up to 2017.
