A team of Cambridge University researchers (Rogelio Luque-Lora, Bill Adams and Chris Sandbrook) is looking into the implications for people of the use of camera traps for ecological/conservation research.

These implications might include benefits (e.g. if camera traps can be used to protect resources or minimise crime) or costs (e.g. if the traps are stolen or damaged, or upset local people who are concerned about their privacy).
