Incubating grassroots innovations (tech/non-tech) to mitigate conflict

My colleagues* and I have developed a model for identifying changemakers from forest-dependent communities, and incubating their ideas (tech/non-tech) to mitigate human-wildlife conflict. The process involves building locally-developed solutions, with our role as external people limited to training, providing connections and broader perspecive. We also build the entrepreneurial capacity of innovators, so that they can sell their conflict mitigation products locally and beyond. Heres a link to a short video on this: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/wildlife-innovation-lab_supporting-grassroots-innovators-to-mitigate-activity-6820628946552528896-c0_4

I would be very interested to hear about any similar projects that people are working on in other places!
