I thought I would share our best pratice document we created as part of the Drones for GIS project we we are running at the RSPB.
The aim of the document is to provide insight and guidance in capturing imagery from drones that are suitable for use in GIS.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

This guide is such a great resource- thank you for sharing! As an additional resource for the community, I wanted to share this brief beginner's guide to processing imagery in Drone Deploy. I wrote this guide as a part of my research with WWF this summer, and it is intended to be used as a reference by rangers as they begin to incorporate more use of drones at field sites. It is nowhere near as comprehensive as this Best Practice guide, but I hope an intro to this popular software may be useful to those new to image collection and processing.
