Discover new services to improve camera traps' user experience!

Sharing this for COS4Cloud project. I am not part of the project. if you have questions, there are emails at the end for Alex and Angela.

Are you interested in camera traps? Then, we need you on board!

We are thrilled to invite you to a co-design activity, organized by the European project Cos4Cloud, to learn about two services that will improve your experience using camera traps. You will also help us improve these tools. How? By letting us know the challenges you experience when using camera traps and sharing your opinion about the services we will offer.

If you are someone who uses camera traps, a citizen scientist interested in recording animal activity, or an environmental or biodiversity expert who needs wildlife data, we need your expertise! By joining, you will also have a nice time chatting with a diverse group of people about camera traps, nature and citizen science. You don't need any previous experience or training in co-design; just be willing to enjoy this creative session!

You will learn and share your opinion about:

(1) FASTCAT-Cloud: a service that allows you to upload and analyze all the videos and pictures captured with your camera trap in the FASTCAT-Cloud website: get only the images and recordings of wildlife activity and quickly identify the species names thanks to Artificial Intelligence (AI) software.

(2) FASTCAT-Edge: a service that lets you build your intelligent camera trap to record only videos and pictures of wildlife activity and quickly identify the species names.
