Bioacoustics Stack Exchange has reached the public beta stage!

The Bioacoustics Stack Exchange has now made it past the private beta stage and onto public beta as of July 26! This means that the site has met the engagement, participation & quality standards set by Stack Exchange and that it is now publicly accessible, will show up on internet searches, and can be used by anyone.

Even in its fledgling state, it has become a truly amazing Q&A site for all aspects of bioacoustic research, fieldwork, careers, theory, etc., with many questions on passive acoustic monitoring that would be of interest to this community here on Wildlabs. I highly encourage you to check it out, ask or answer questions, and engage with the platform. It's already a treasure trove of useful information that you can search through! For questions or comments regarding the site & site management itself, check out the Bioacoustics Stack Exchange Meta page.

If you don't know how to get involved, check out this tutorial video to get started!
