Essential Qualifications:

  • US Resident
  • Strong research background with a focus on insect behavior or classification
  • Proficiency in written and oral communication in English
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a research team
  • Basic programming skills, preferably in Python
  • Willingness to engage in fieldwork and data collection

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with computer vision or machine learning algorithms
  • Prior work in aquatic ecosystems
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and software
  • Interest in sustainability and ecological conservation
