You’re invited to join WILDLABS, CITES, the United Nations Development Programme, Jackson Wild, and the International Foundation for Animal Welfare as we celebrate World Wildlife Day (WWD) on March 4, 2024 in New York City at the United Nations from 10 AM - 1 PM EST.

The event’s theme is “Connecting People and Planet: Exploring Digital Innovation in Wildlife Conservation.” Attendees will hear speakers and presentations by WWD partners, including WILDLABS’ Stephanie O’Donnell, on how digital conservation technologies and services can drive wildlife conservation, sustainable and legal wildlife trade, and human-wildlife coexistence. There will be multimedia performances and presentations that highlight the latest and most impactful conservation technologies of today, and experts from around the world will share their experiences and ideas for bridging gaps in sustainable digital innovation for wildlife conservation. @StephODonnell and @alexrood from the WILDLABS team are organizing an in-person WILDLABS meetup in NYC. Drop by this happy hour event for a chance to meet other community members, hear what peers are working on, and chat with the WILDLABS team.
