I am a Senior Research Scientist in the Department of Human Centered Design and Engineering at the University of Washington. I am a researcher with the eDNA Collaborative and Co-Director of the Pacific Marine Energy Center.
Hi All - the eDNA Collaborative has partnered with Experiment, a crowdfunding platform for scientific research, to offer $80,000 USD in grants (up to $10,000 each— the average Science Engine grant is $4,000) towards an ongoing Experiment project.This grant aims to support projects that demonstrate novel approaches in marine eDNA collection, analysis, or application. We are particularly interested in projects that propose new sampling techniques or innovative uses of eDNA, or support increased capacity and access to eDNA technologies.For more details and information on how to apply, check out https://experiment.com/grants/edna !
