Fast grants program for ML and interspecies communication

Earth Species Project is partnering with the Footprint Coalition to provide grants for research at the intersection of ML and interspecies communication, including applications to conservation.

This program will issue fast-grants of up to $10,000 to researchers to do work in this domain, covering anything from dataset design to annotation/processing for machine learning, field studies of interspecies communication, developing new ways to investigate non-human signals or applications to conservation.

A detailed description of this funding program and instructions for applying can be found on the Experiment.com website here. Students, postdocs and researchers outside of universities are all encouraged to apply.

The deadline is currently Sept 22, with rolling admissions. Feel free to get in touch if you have questions.
