About CLP

The Conservation Leadership Programme (CLP) is a partnership of three of the world’s leading biodiversity conservation organisations.

They support high-priority biodiversity conservation by building the leadership skills of early career conservationists who are striving to overcome major threats to nature in places where capacity and access to resources is limited.

About the Event

The call for applications to our 2024 Project Planning and Fundraising workshop is now open. Application deadline: 29 March, 2024.

The workshop will be held in Saint Lucia from 24 – 28 June, 2024. Participants will be guided through the entire project development and proposal writing process and acquire in-depth information on a range of proposal-related topics. They will be given the opportunity to obtain substantive feedback on the development of a proposal and by the conclusion of the workshop they will have prepared a draft proposal for funding to complete and submit following the course.

This workshop is funded by the Critical Ecosystem Partnership Fund.

Early-career conservationists based in the Caribbean Islands region with limited experience in fundraising are eligible to apply.
