Now for Wildlife

Hello community, I wanted to share some exciting updates about my ongoing conservation project for endangered species. I post this here because you have been very supportive and I got some good contacts and friends that came out of this community of people.

For the past six years, my partner and I have been residing in Kyrgyzstan, exploring remote areas and collaborating in conservation of remarkable creatures like the snow leopard. We've managed it entirely without external funding or assistance, embracing a simple lifestyle and relying solely on the support of the local communities in the Tien-Shan mountains who have embraced us as one of their own. Carefully managing our resources has afforded us the freedom to dedicate all our time to learning from the wilderness.

Utilizing our mobile off-grid truck, we merge the flexibility of overlanding, enabling us to reside in remote regions for long periods—with frontline conservation. By immersing ourselves in the natural environment, we can come up with innovative ideas based on firsthand knowledge, ensuring real benefits for the species we strive to preserve.

Now, we are preparing to embark on a new adventure, where we can apply the knowledge and firsthand experiences we've gained. This represents an exciting opportunity for us to expand our conservation efforts.

We welcome you to Now for Wildlife!

We've dedicated significant effort to curating this platform, as it serves as a channel to express our mission and perspective on the pressing challenges in conservation.

Being unaffiliated with any organization has granted us the freedom to form our own opinions about the realities of how the sector truly operates. However, it has also left us on the periphery, lacking the support of an established organization or a history within the bureaucratic framework of conservation jobs. Nonetheless, this is not an obstacle, as we aim to discover more direct and modern approaches to conservation in remote landscapes.

Your engagement with our conservation project is important to us. I will be sharing the challenges we encounter on the way to where we are now. That way we can come together with learning about each other experiences in the front line of conservation.

Thank you for your attention.
