Dear Friends,
you are invited to the International workshop "Recording Orthoptera sounds" to be held in the Museum of Natural History of Verona (Italy) and organized by the WBA - World Biodiversity Association, from 8 to 12 July 2024.
The event is the first of a series of workshops on European basis (Spain and Greece will be the next), it is directed to all Orthoptera enthusiasts and interested in Orthoptera sounds. Aim of the workshop is training on the best and newest recording techniques, software analysis, online sharing, not only focused on local Orthoptera fauna but applicable to European Orthoptera. Since there are 20 places available, please send me a short message on why you want to participate. Accommodation and food will be provided in Verona by the organizing committee.
The program, inclusive of 2 field trips, will follow soon.
