I am exploring project ideas to monitor marine reef systems using passive acoustic monitoring and am curious what software people prefer for analysis of these data? A lot of marine PAM software seems geared towards marine mammal acoustical analysis, but I am more interested in evaluating soundscapes, presence/absence of species functional groups and developing indices of ecosystem health.
